Spicy Dilis

1/4 Kl Dried dilis
7 tbsp flour
2 pcs. egg
1/4 brown sugar
1 tsp chopped hot pepper
1 tsp vitsin
salt to taste
Lard


Procedure:

Clean Dried dilis and put them in the basin.

In another container beat the egg, add sugar,salt, hot
pepper, garlic, vitsin and flour. Mix added ingredients.

Pour the mixture on the basin of dilis and mix thoroughly
until all dilis is coated with the mixture.

Fry until Golden Brown

Put in a strainer to remove excess lard and oil.

Let it cool. Store it in a clean jar or pack it in plastic
cellophane.

Sardines with Egg

Ingredients

1 small can Sardines
3 Piecs egg
1/4 globe Garlic
half onion
half tomato


Procedure:

Preheat the pan and add some oil. saute garlic, onion and tomato.Then add the sardines simmer for 1 minute. Add the scrambled egg then mix until egg is cooked.

Fish Adobo




Ingredients:

1 large fish
5 tablespoon water
1 head garlic (crushed)
5 tablespoon vinegar
1 onion (minced)
6 green peppers (sliced in stripes)
2 Laurel leaves
salt
Purico (frying)

Procedure:

Clean and cut the fish in your desired size.
Salt fish and then fry the fish then set aside.
Fry garlic, onions and pepper. Add the Laurel leaves
and vinegar. Add the Fish and water. season to taste.
simmer for 5 minutes.
