Mix added ingredients.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Pour the mixture on the basin of dilis and mix thoroughly&lt;br&gt; until all dilis is coated with the mixture.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Fry until Golden Brown&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Put in a strainer to remove excess lard and oil.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Let it cool.
